Douglas A. & Nancy W. Dear Memorial Scholarship for $500 will assist an individual with an interest or background in the 4-H Horse Project attending a college or university. The applicant must be a high school senior who has shown proficiency in the Montana 4-H work in the horse project over a period of 3 years, preferably more.
