What Do I Need To Apply?

We welcome all scholarship applications, but ask that you follow these steps to ensure a successful submission:

Review these submission requirements and complete the application form below, filling in all fields completely and accurately.
After filling in your personal details and introduction, complete your essay answer to each of the five scholarship questions in the form. Each answer must be a minimum of 250 words, but there is no limit on maximum length. You must type your essay answers within the scholarship application form below.
Take a photo of yourself in a vehicle wearing a seat belt with a #buckleupblue4Lauryn ribbon and attach the photo at the end of the application form below (maximum size of 15 MB).
